Our work

Getting the work in front of buyers

Training a woman to make something is half of it. These are the routes we build to the people who will actually buy it.

Market access

Three ways we open a market

Every one of them exists for the same reason: a product with no route to a customer is a hobby, not a livelihood.

Exhibitions

An exhibition stall puts a business in front of people who came out specifically to buy. For a woman who has only ever sold to her own neighbourhood, a weekend behind a stall is the fastest education there is: what actually moves, what people will pay, and what to make more of on Monday.

Corporate stalls

A stall set up inside an office or on a campus, arranged with the employer. It gives a day of real transactions to an audience that is salaried, local and easy to reach again — and the buyers who come back afterwards are often worth more than the day itself.

One Station One Product

One Station One Product is the Indian Railways scheme that gives local producers a stall at a railway station — a fixed pitch in front of thousands of travellers a day. As with most government schemes, the difficulty is rarely the idea and almost always the application and the readiness to run the counter once it is granted.

Host a stall

Got a venue, an office or an event?

If you can offer a corner of a foyer, a slot at your exhibition or a stall at your campus, we have women ready to stand behind it.
