SEED
Skill Enhancement and Entrepreneurship Development — our signature programme for women starting and scaling a business.
SEED is Skilletz Foundation's flagship programme: an end-to-end path from a first business idea to a registered, funded, trading enterprise. It combines skills training, mentoring, scheme awareness and market access in a single track.
The programme was set the goal of creating one lakh women entrepreneurs, and continues to run cohorts across Maharashtra.
Under the aegis of COSMOS Bank and the Department of MSME, SEED has convened entrepreneurs with policymakers and lenders in the same room — including a session with MLA Mukta Tilak and MSME officials, where COSMOS Bank leadership answered financing questions directly from the floor.
