Ruchira Kitchen
A food-enterprise track helping women turn home cooking into a registered, revenue-generating kitchen business.
Ruchira Kitchen sits inside the Mi Saksham programme. It takes women who already cook well and gives them what they are missing: costing, food safety and licensing, packaging, pricing and route-to-market.
Participants finish with a saleable product line rather than a certificate.
